91 Honda Prelude

I just got a 91 Honda Prelude. One owner which is good but it still has the same speakers from 1991 as well as a tape player deck. What size speakers does a Honda Prelude take, what kind do you suggest, as well as a CD player. I don't need anything fancy just basic enough to turn it up with out the speakers going wacky on me.
