900.4 no rear output

Ive been running a set of ctx 65cs' off the 900.4 with no issues and decided to add an ID8 for some much needed lows. Sub output is on, im using the LPF xover on the deck, kenwood ddx770, so i have it set to full on the amp, rca's connected and nothing from the sub in 4 channel mode. I know the sub works because in stereo mode it comes on. Ive swapped the rcas from from to sub and nothing. Is there something im missing? I have a feeling the rear output is FUBAR but im hoping someone may have a trick up their sleeve or maybe i overlooked something.

use and aux to RCA y splitter and do a phone to amp test to make sure that its not a signal issue.

Or use the front rcas to see if you get sound.

I get sound with the front rcas, gotta go out and buy a y but thanks for that tip, never thought of that.

It works with the aux adapter. Looks like my rear output amd sub out put are dead. Ive seen one but not 2 out of 3. Any other thoughts or ideas?

There a switch between the rcas outputs slide it in the other direction.

It was on 4 channel, found the problem. Turns out if you dont change the bluetooth output to all it wont work...... feel like an idiot. Just happened to be in the bluetooth set up to re pair my phone and there it was. Thanks for all the help and advice, im definitely putting the aux to rca T/S step in my cargo pocket for later. That little id8 sounds great, kinda wish i bought 2 now.
