9 cubes, what to put in?

i had 2 L7 15s in slot port box tuned to 34hz in a civic hatchback. Box is about 9 cubes after port. Now i am looking at either going with 2 different 15s or maybe some 10s or 12s. Im looking for some good sounding subs, decently priced ( like below $400 pair). Oh yeah, i have a crossfire vr1000d also now. I sold everything i had before and thought i was getting out of stereo stuff, but.....

Considering your budget.. RE SX 15's. Also about perfect for that box size and tuning. Just rip the baffle off, make another and glue it on and feed 'em a good 1200W or so. They're nice SQ subs. Plenty of 'bump' as well.

budget can be more, just not looking to spend alot on just subs. I only drive car when its raining or below 20 so not looking to put alot into it.
