8443 owners help!

okay so i got back home today and installed my head unit the eclipse 8443 and i have to say it is awesome. but then after like 5 minutes of play time it gets really really hot like the chorme in the center of the buttons are hot as hell.

any idea what the problem is???

is it a ground???

also when i installed it i got alt whine but i think that will stop when i do the big three or will it?
