800prs and 880prs bluetooth compatibility, step in

So I am looking to snag up an 800prs soon, and would like to know if anyone has run one or the 880prs with the cd-btb200 and if it works. The manual does not show anything about the bluetooth capabilities on either deck nor is the cd-btb200 shown as an optional accessory however the cd-btb200 manual does list the 880prs in it..

According to Pioneer the 800 is Bluetooth ready for the btb200 box, they dont list that module with the 880 though. I went with the 800, should be here Monday, Ill let you know what I find.

Edit: Just noticed date, did you find out what you needed on Bluetooth compatability?

I am very curious to know if the 800 will display text/SMS messages with the btb200.

Not sure yet, but I am 99% sure it will not display txt/sms data. I don't have my 800prs yet. Should have it in a week or two.
