80 AMP or 150 AMP fuse

Right now I have a kx1200.1 running 2 12" L7's and I'm using 4 gauge power and 4 gauge ground wires, my wiring kit came with an 80 amp AGU fuse and my kx1200.1 amp came with a 150 amp ANL fuse, i was wondering, is a 150 amp fuse too high for 4 gauge wiring? also, would i notice any change at all in my system if i switch from 80 to 150?

150A is probably the highest and safest amperage to run on 4ga wire.

i would go ahead and use the 150A anl over the 80A. im sure the kx1200.1 uses at least 120A on the amp itself.

If you currently have the 80A installed, I'd just keep it. The max current draw from my Infinity 1211 is ~120A, and I've got an 80A AGU that hasn't blown yet after a few months.
