8" system

Well I want to build a system out of 8's and I want it to sound like I have a couple 12's just so I can surpise people.. I have a 4 door Jimmy.. Pioneer 760 watt 2 channel amp and I can build my own box.. oh and I'd like to stay around $150-$200 if at all possible.. any suggestions? Thanks

get a bigger amp and some RL-i 8's.

how much do those cost ? think 2 would fit in a reg cab truck ?

theyre 165 apiece, and theyre 300 RMS.... get thost and a hifonics bxi606... should be abour $450

where can more info be found as far as pictures and specs of the sub.

Do you think the Assassins would do it? My buddy has a L7 and an L5 and ahh man it would be worth my life to kick his *** with some 8's because I know he'd cry.. haha

I know I could get like 4 of the Assassins but would my Pioneer 760 amp put out enough to get them things going? I really would like to keep my amp if possible.

I dont think you would have enough power for those RL-i 8's with that amp. The 8" assasins sound like a good bet.

Yeah that's what I was kind of thinkin.. Do you think 4 Assassins would do the job? I have one 12" Audiobahn right now and I like the bass but like I said I want something different and I love the thought of having 8's and people thinking I have two 12's etc.. It might not be totally possible but that's what I'm shooting for here. Thanks for your help.
