8" sub war

Read this thread and very interested in these powerhouse 8" subwoofers yall are talkin bout. I'm sure they can get moderately loud but how bout low? Im lookin at the VFL 8's. looks fat and nasty but will 8's pick up into the low 30's? 4 under the back seat would be sweet but only if they can get low and still clean.
