8" Sub Recommendations

I'm looking to swap out my current set-up or maybe keep it depending on everyone's opinion.

I currently am running an 8W3V3-4 in my GTO in a .33 ft^3 sealed box. It sounds pretty good no real complaints. I was just hoping to maybe getting something a little louder. I want something that has good SQ and decent SPL and can work in an airspace of no more than .35 ft^3. The speaker I would really like to replace my 8W3 with is a sound splinter RL-i8 but I'm not sure if he's going to get more or not. So this is a just in case situation. I also could probably do a 10" if there is one that will meet my needs better than any 8".

Oh yeah my amp is a ninE.5 and on the sub channel does 600W @ 1 Ohm 450W @ 2 Ohms and 250W @ 4 Ohms.

Here are pics of the current set-up:

I was looking for a w3v3. I have a Image Dynamics ID8 v3, cant really compare to your w3 since i've never heard one, im running it in a .39cu/ft sealed, sounds GREAT. im sure yours would be pretty comparable.

My gas tank is in my trunk (factory) and I'm trying to save what little trunk space I have. So I don't think a 4th order would work or DD1508's but thanks so far for the suggestions.

So far the subs I'm looking into are:

Image Dynamics iD 8 v.3

RE Audio REX 8

Sundown E8

Sound Splinter RL-i8

TC 1000 8

Any feedback on these models or other suggestions is much appreciated.

For the ID8 v3, all i can really say is pure SQ goodness, i think i like it better than my 15, im starting to drift out of loud bass stage and moving into stuff that sounds clean. Plus you get the hole SMALLER package. Maybe your 8's the same but i feel like a have a 10, sometimes a 12!

Audio Pulse Epics, TC 1000 8's, Anything with the TC2+ motor on an 8 is usually ***!
I just looked into the Audio Pulse Epics and they require a bit more space than I think I could supply. However do you think it would be fine in a .35 ft^3 sealed box with some polyfill?

Sorry i'm not trying to jack your thread. I am in the same situation and trying to figure out what 8" sub to pick up. Anyone have a amp recommendation on the 8s? Thanks.

Most 4ch amps will have enough power with 2 channels brigded to power an 8.
