8" sub for SQ

I'm looking at putting eights in my truck(2001 F-150 Supercrew) I'm looking for something that will be tight and will work in about .4 cu ft per sub.

what about a couple of w7 8's, or some RE8s? that would be NICE eitherway, despite a price diff of over 400 bucks.

forgot to mention I only have about 5-6 in. of mounting depth so W7s are out. Havn't heard the RE's. Got a site?

you mean "big" 8's? they don't make them anymore. I think that ed is eventually going to be making a '9 Ov2' but i'm not entirely sure

I say the RE8s. With a mounting depth of 4'', they would work great. I love mine.

i always thought they were a custom job anyway, that they weren't part of the regular product line but could be made if enough orders came in at a time...oh well. too bad, i loved those speakers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i see a "9"Ov.2 on the product line at eD, but who knows when those will ship...

i saw a couple for sale somewhere.. probly on icix or something like that. Thought they were a limited production thing like the SP was. OH Well. I'd still take an 8a, or maybe a "9"Ov.2 if i get tired of my L7 i'll put like 4 8"s back there or something.

RE all the way just finished putting 4 re8's in my truck in a sealed enclosure..cleanest system ive yet to her..those subs are **** impressive
