i just bought some kenwood subs saturday and i was looking at them and they are 8 ohm subs, i have never bought 8 ohm. How should i wire them or should i just take them back and buy 4 ohm?? if i wire them in parallel will it be at a 4ohm load instead of a 2 ohm as with normal 4 ohm speakers?????help please

Yes hooking up 8 ohms subs in parallel would give you a 4 ohm load. I would keep the 8 ohm subs 'cuz you can bridge them and they would be a 2 ohm load versus bridging a 4 ohm sub and getting below 2 ohms which most amps aren't stable at.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
