8 ohm speakers to 4channel amp- to bridge or not to bridge?

I have a pair of speakers I am using in my boat that are 8 ohm (300 watt max) Evid 6.2's, I have a an MB Quartz 4200 amp that does 100 x 4 at 4 ohms. Should I run the speakers in parrallel to get the amp to see a 4 ohm load and minimize work on the amp and or should I bridge the amp down to 2 channels? Ideally I would like to run a sub and the tower speakers off of this singe amp. Im a bit of a newbie so please help and be gentle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

At 8 ohms the amp should give you 50 watts which is kinda low for a noisy boat, but it gives you the other 2 channels available for subs. Try it and see if its loud enough. If not, bridge it to 2 channels.
