Brand new right off the spool. each run comes with 1 ring terminal on the end unless you buy off the spool. wire is scosche efx flux. most people think this is a walmart brand but this is the high end scosche. I posted a pic below of my 1/0 compared to knu kolossus.. some of the best on the market.. not cheap. high strand and very flexible. also its OFC. no aluminum junk
