not much man.... i guess look for a cheap thing....

you are not giving alot of space for the sub... along with the fact you didn't say what power you want to throw at it....

and there is a lot of subs to pick from in that range...but none that i would use...

i think you should see about see about getting more space and saving some money for it... imo.

yea but the box goes under a rear seat of a silverado 1500 ext truck!! Its all the space I can get!! Does anyone know about powerbass type s??

Memphis PR 10"....i can't remember if it has a 5in mouting depth of 5.5 in mouting depth but still meets both of your prerequesits let me know if you want to know about them....

If you would like better sound quality go with the M-class. same output just more sq and a little more expensive but i have one for sale for $70 shipped. Brand new had it in my truck for about two weeks then i got an alpine type R for Christmas so i but that sucker in there! Now i have a mojo so both are for sale...

With the M-class i would but it sealed in the biggest box possible that you can fit under that seat.
