$70 budget 6.5 coaxials?

Hey guys, I'm building a budget system for the g/f for christmas so I need to start buying the parts now. Not going to worry about the rear speakers since it's a celica and no one ever sits back there. Looking to stay with coaxials, components would run me too much at the moment. I'm going to be getting a 12" sub as well so the bass should be covered. I figured since I wasn't getting components, I would try and get at least 3-way coaxials. These are a couple I am looking at for the moment -

Rockford Fosgate P1653 3-ways

60x2 RMS, 120x2 peak

or

Clarion SRQ1631R 3-ways

55x2 RMS, 140x2 peak

I will be amping these, but I'll be buying an amp to fit the speakers/sub, not the other way around so any suggestions on better speakers, I'd love to hear about. Thanks guys

Wow, lots of responses so fast lol. I know nothing about memphis audio, is it a good company?

I've heard that RE has turned to ***** now that they changed ownership or something to that affect, hence why I'm not looking at any of their subs, just heard they make crap now. Does anyone have any experience with their recent speakers?

Also, you all gave me 2-way options, should that be the direction I go in? I was thinking I should go at least 3-way but if you all feel 2-way is the way to go, then I'll certainly take your word for it

I thought i saw a build somewhere with lots of those on the doors. I think it was like 6 per door or something like that .. Dont remember where tho.

Memphis M class coaxial sound awesome.I had two pairs of those and loved them.
