Ok, i dont know how to take off my door panel so i dont know the size of the front speakers. Im looking to up grade the front door speakers and rear deck. I was to get 6.5" But i dont know the size. I was thinking about the Infinity Kappa 692.7i 6x9 2-way for the rear deck and the Infinity Kappa 60.7 cs 6.5" for the front powered by a massive amp 150x4 at 2ohms.

the question was, are these speakerd decent? or should i look into something else. I dont have that much money to spend though

According to Crutchfield the front door speakers in a '95 Accord are 6.5"

Their speaker-size database isn't always terribly accurate, however, so this may not be correct.

You can for just a few bucks buy the MasterSheets for your car from them and it will give you detailed instructions on how everything comes apart //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

it isn't too hard, just unscrew the door handle, slide it either forwards or backwards, i can't remember which, then it pulls right out. disconnect the door rod and the power lock connector.then unscrew the loswer handle thingie with the window controls on it... it can be kinda tough to get out, but it pulls diagonally backwards. Disconnect any connectors on it.then use a BIG flathead screwdriver with duct tape or something covering the metal tip to pop the plastic fasteners that hold the door on (some of them will probably break... autozone sells replacements). Remove the black trim piece that goes in the front corner of the window by popping the fastener then rotating it downwards (if i remember right) to remove it.at this point you can just lift the panel upwards and off of the door. If you've got the lil door lights there will be one last connector to disconnect. It sounds harder than it is... it takes abotut 5 minutes when you've done it before. maybe 10 or 15 if you haven't.

You dont even need to remove the door panel, the speaker grille comes right off.

Fronts are 5 1/4".

To remove the door you need to remove the screw in the latch, pop that out and remove the lock lever. Its a pain to get out. Remove the lock harness. Then you need to remove the black corner piece, just pull out. Next is the screw in the arm rest, pop the cap off, unscrew. There is another one in just under the handle. Dont worry about the plastic one way in top corner, it'll rip right out. Stick a big screwdriver under the door panel and pry it open. Nothing will get damaged if you dont protect the tip. I can do this in under 5 min //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

iono about the 94-95 models but on the 96 models the grills do not come off, front nor rears. for my 96 i had to take off the door panel to unscrew the screws that's holding the grills into place. for the rears, you would have to take some screws out as well, there should be 3 screws for each rear grill and 2 or 3 for each front grill.

Fronts only. Rears are screwed underneath. They do not stay in place without screws either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif
