swap left rca going into your amp for the right one and see if the fault swaps sides

The RCA's on most are input not output so that wouldn't actually do anything lol...

Pulled off the rear package tray after work. I was able to get audio out of it with the speaker cable stretched seems to be a wire issue. I didn't have a lot of time after work so I will work more tomorrow will update you when I find out more. Looks like the installer kinked the wires and went in thru the top doubling the speaker wire over instead of cutting a couple of the butterflied pieces of metal off the package tray and running it on the underside of the package tray. If he fked up my terminals I' am going to be pissed.

UPDATE:

DOUCHEBAG jacked up the terminals so I'll have to replace the set. Might get a set from same guys online I got last ones from and just return the old ones when the new ones come in. Not decided yet but man I sure am pissed. The business isn't open due to some jackwagon stealing a car and driving it thru his business. Might try and get ahold of him see if he will make it right by attempting repair or replacing with a set of 6x9's of equal quality and value.

Anyone got any opinions on phoenix gold brand? Never heard of em but he's an authorized dealer for em maybe he'll swap.

How are the terminals jacked up? You can easily fix most terminal with some basic soldering if the guy does not fix it for you.

Not quite sure they don't work unless you put pressure against the exterior of the terminal's. The Kappas have that weird screw down terminal. I had run some new speaker wire to them and after a while I just got pissed off and gave up screwing with them. The wiring was actually double over in a U shape with the wire going down to the terminals from the top of the package tray.

Jimmy rigged that speaker to work. The lead that goes to the board..When I touched the speaker wire to that lead it worked so I just improvised a connection by wrapping the lead around that wire. It's a 3 way speaker so I might be bypassing something but /shrug. It has good sound coming from it now. I will probably order another set use the one speaker and return the new set with the old single speaker. Anyone know how Infinity is on warranty?
