'67 stang, need small subs, 6" 7"

Ok Im working now on a restored 67 mustang fastback, hot car, The fastback refers to the rear seat which falls down flat so you can laydown and view up through the rear glass. There is a rear trunk access panel visible when the seat folds down. I was going to build a fiberglass replacement for the door and have the box located in the trunk with the subs facing in. If i do this it will need to be a small sub that packs a punch. deapth is not a issue but the diameter is. Any suggestions, like to keep it under 200. for one or 2 subs. Or should i build a hidden box in the trunk?

What about the Dynaudio 3 way subs...Those subs are like 7" and the set is pricey I think???how much are they when sold seperately

BTW..My father was Project Engineer for the Shelby Fastback Mustang. His concept for the car was replacing the fastback ridges with that rear glass window,YEP, that was his idea. So basically I am cool and my daddy is neato!!! LOL

JL 6w0 minisub. Don't know what they go for though.

If you want a small subs that wangs good, look into the Crystal CMP8 (obviously it's an 8"er though).

do you want to see the speakers, or not. If not then you could build a box that is in the trunk and then have a mirror system set up, or a sound tube through that area.

i got a 65 stang that im working on. we are fixing a dented roof (when i mean dented, i mean DENTED and all kinked up) then paint.

i was planning on peel'n and seal'n the whole thing (under carpets\trunk) and putting an RE8 with some cheaper comps and an amp. prolly a 5ch amp 2x6.5's 2x5.25's and 1 re8.

the wheel wells on the **** mustand are HUGE. i got some pictures at my girlfriends house. ill post them in my gallery soon.
