To clear something up once again. I'm not an import hater. Just don't understand that concept of the HUGE wings, fart can mufflers and so forth. I respect a clean car, but when it looks like a retarded hot wheels car, I have no respect.

It seems like you're generalizing all the 4 cylinders and imports as ricers. You just said you don't know why someone would spend 20K on a civic. Plenty of civics could be worthy of money spent.

I could spend 7-8K on a civic including money for the car, and smoke a corvette on the dragstrip. Althought it would probably just keep up with this new corvette.

It's hard not to lump them all together, it's hard to find a tuned civic that isn't riced out. I'm sure we can find tons of pics of some but first hand experiance proves otherwise. I've seen 1 or 2 NICE imports around town that I'd be proud of the work if it was mine compared to 1000's of shitty ones

RICER= Wing big as car, 3 different color body panels, muffler that sounds like a fart, PSI gauges on totally stock car, revs up going through neighborhoods.

I SAID as long as it is a clean car I respect it. 7-8K including car getting into the 12's.. hmmmm, hard to do, unless you strip it down to a seat, and engine. I can take $5000 and build a mustang coupe that will run 11's oh so easy.
