if you think the cobras handle well youve got something coming to you when you drive a car that is a truely good handling car...please cobras are clumbsy as hell...

Cobras IRS was fords attempt to try and keep the cobra up with the vette on the track.

All in all, it just made the car squirly

they should have done a turbo model instead of a SC model IMO...

As far as the rear suspention of a Vette,it works but

its very dated,the leaf spring config was invented for the vette in the 60s

and todays version is just a little more refined -

its years behind any German and or Italian supercars,but its one of the reasons

vettes are alot less money than the above and also the cheap body panels are another cheaper feature

For 65-75k, the vette is still one of the best bangs for the buck. It still beats the 80-100k v-10 Viper in track tests. If you are willing to go out and pay 180k for a Ferrari, be my guest, of course I must admit, I've always had a thing for them. Vetts actually handle quite.
