600W vs. 780W RMS (Power Acoustik amps)

I'm debating between 2 Power Acoustik amps(OV2- for the 2 Infinity 1232W's I wanna get...the subs are crazy efficient, >100dB efficiency from ~35-100Hz and 300W RMS each, so they'd hit nice and cleanly. I'm just wondering whether it's worth having that little power ceiling if the subs can't reliably go much further...lemme know...
