$600 budget... can anyone throw out options for me?

i need 2 12" subs, an amp, deck, wiring kit, box...

i drive a 99 pontiac grand prix gtp.. came with Bose speakers stock..

i know $600 isnt a lot to spend but this will the first investment i make into car audio and am just trying to get a feel for this stuff.. i dont need anything that will shake neighborhoods..

shit dude i definitely think i could find better prices for a wiring kit and box =/ but i like the subs/amp.. and as for a deck ive kind of already decided on the pioneer 2000mp which is $100.. can those subs and amp give me a pretty good bass?

Thats really not a bad setup. nice deck, subs and amp. The wiring can be picked up cheaper at knu tho.

I have some memphis M Class subs, they are a little higher line than the Power Reference but I couldn't be happier!

I am running a Power Reference series amp for my front end, it sounds great! and I have a Eclipse CD4k,

I think you couldn't be happier with that setup man.

Obviously there are cheaper places for wires, but equip thats a heck of a deal! Schosche's wire isn't too bad, but it's CCA

hmm actually now that i look.. that head unit is much better than the pioneer i was looking at.. thats a 5v deck.. the pioneer was only a 2.2.. thats a great deal for that deck

Ya know, I never had a beef with Schosche wiring. I used to buy alot of their 4 gauge kits back in the day. However,I stopped buying from them when they raised the price 10 bucks and started putting in 5 gauge and 9 gauge wire crap in their kits.

That deck is awsome too. If I had the extra cash I would def buy one.

shit i really like that setup.. love the enclosure with those subs.. and a lot of people tell me kicker subs are the way to go.
