6" aero question

i have a 6" aero port laying around and i want to use it in my next build. i was wondering what it would be tuned to if i put it in a 2.5 cube box. it is i think 12" long. i know that the box it was built for which was 4 cubes it was tuned to 35hz.

do you think that is to high to tune for a 12 Hd3?

also it might be longer. but idk have to measure to see. but i am sure it is between 12-14 inches long
