6.5" Speakers

Hello, I have a Pioneer 7700mp dash unit, running 4 stock 6.5 inch speakers at the moment. Also have a single 12" infinity sub/500rms fosgate system. Anyone have some recommendations of what kind of speakers I should put in there? I'm not really looking for brand names etc....

2 x 6.5" 3 ways in the front and nothing in the back?

4 x 6.5" 3 ways in the front and back?

2 x 2 ways in the front and 2 x tweets?

Any other combination??

Are these 3 way speakers? Should I just install 2, or install all 4?
