6-15s 4-18s?

I have 6 xxx15s and right now they are all powered by three soundstream tarantulas. I was thinking about getting them rebasketed you could say and making 4 18's.

Either was I was going to upgrade amps. If I stay with the 6-15s I will buy 3 more tarantulas having a total of 6 (12k watts) or if I have 4-18s then I will have a total of 4 (8k watts). Which would you choose?
