6 1/2s for daily driver

i have a 99 tacoma and i want to run a pair of 6.5 subs in the stock locations but not sure what brands to look at ive looked at Kicker and JL also DD and a pair of TB.

I am between the JL and DD b/c i have had JL and heard DD an both sounded great but those were 8" subs ported, so im not sure on the 6.5

i want whatever sub will give be the best deep bass response in the location they are being installed in.

would they perform best in this application? im going to try to seal off the cab where the speakers mount as best as possible.

im going to install them in the factory loction in thebackground of this pic i will probably have to remove the grille though
