$500ish to spend on box/sub(s), already have an amp, please help

Sorry Ive made a few threads on somewhat similar stuff. As I get more into an area it makes me have even more questions. Anyhow, heres the quick backstory

I have a 34w x 14h x 12d box (sealed) for 2 12" JL W6v2s, running off an Alpine PDX 1.1000 amp which makes 1100 or so RMS.

Im looking to get either 2 new subs as replacements (1.1cu per champer) or look into going with a ported setup. I was thinking a ported setup for 2 12s but Im not sure I can realistically do 4cu ft on my SRT4 trunk. So Im thinking now maybe doing a single 12 or 15 or whatnot. Id really like to keep my amp though.

Anyhow, Im constrained, on the box, to the 34W and the 14H numbers, but it can def be deeper. Suggestions would be great...
