$500 for budget stereo

my friend has about $500 to spend on a new stereo, going into a 99 honda accord. he's buying one of my old headunits (alpine 9825) so that is covered.

what would you guys suggest for speakers, speaker amp, sub, and sub amp?

my first thought on sub is type RRRRR, suggestions?

ok here's what i'm thinking

HU: my old alpine 9825 ($50)

Speakers: found some RE comps for sale on here ($90)

Speaker Amp: found a JBL bp180.2 for sale on here ($70)

Sub: AA Assassin 12" ($90)

Sub Amp: SoundStream VGA400.2 ($120)

Wiring: Knukonceptz ($50)

Box: Built by meeee ($30)

Misc Install Needs: ($25)

TOTAL: $525

apparently most come on here to leach info/look/troll. Unless there is something of true interest to someone, they won't post, cuz they ****. on that 500 budget stereo,if we dont trade...

i got the quarts comp for front,quart co-ax for rear,my rockford 800a4(100x4),my 2 mtx mxs 1204 subs,($299 each retail),maybe throw in the box,some monster cable rca's.

he could,for now,run the head unit to the fronts and rears,run the rockford bridged 2 channel for the subs.
