.5 ohm amps pushing 1500 rms??

i bought a RE MX 15'' d1 from kmanian a few days ago and i have a brutus bxi 1606d. im going to run it at 2 ohms which is rated at 1100 rms but we all know it will only be doing around 900 or 1000. i have the big 3

what are some amps that run .5 ohm daily???

maybe find a decent amp that puts out that power at 2 ohms? might be safer unless you have 2 batteries or more, h/o alt

Even the 1000.1 puts out a decent amount at 2ohm. I think my friends birthsheet said 1200.

Why laugh? It'll handle what he's looking to use. I had 2k on a 126A stock alt + stock electrical. Doesn't really matter because music is very dynamic.

maybe look at getting a second battery if you go with the sundown at 0.5. The kicker would work great for you at 2 ohm, 1500+ rms.

Because it doesn't matter what amperage your stock alternator is. It's the demands of the car vs the amperage. I have a stock 130amp alternator in my six banger crustang with a yellowtop in front and big 3.

With a 1200 watt sub amp and 75 watt X 4 amp for the comps, I get some bad dimming on boosted tracks or when I turn up the gain to verge.

So for at least my cars electrical demands, I consider my 130a stock alternator, yellowtop, and big 3 the bare minimum. I really should get a battery for the back but i'm too cheap and lazy.

I'm just busting his balls.
