i was going to use some of that accordian boot shit like the shop told me to.. i figured i would cut a like 53x16 hole and just boot around that and mat it up! Would that work?

the port is going to be 9wide X 9.75tall X 4.5long

so your just going to want to make the space through the wall 15x20 since the port won't reach through at all.

you would have to take the top off the box to get the speakers out.

i can integrate plexi but i don't have a clue what thickness to use.

plexi is a good idea, so you can see what the speakers are doing.

that design is perfect but how m,any cubes sealed is it and what is it tuned too....? also i think 3/4 plexi should work to huh.

Is there anyway i could get a cut sheet too ill pay for that too...? but i dont want you to go out of your way to help me that much if you dont have time

1.25 cubes per sealed chamber and the ported chamber is 5.44 net tuned to 58 i beleive. It should peak in the mid 40's. Since the subs xmax is so small i had to keep the sealed chambers fairly small to help low end compression, which raised the peak a bit higher.

The subs are meant to have their motors in the ported box, to help with cooling. Thats how their displacement was figured as well.

That took me about two and a half hours....so how ever much you think my time is worth? It would only take me about 5 minutes to do a cutsheet since i have the sketchup file. 15$ would do.

There would be no problem with replacing the entire lid with plexi.
