ok heres the deal i have 4 kicker cvr d2 and i was wanting to do a bed cut and build a box ported to somewhere around 28-35 Hz what ever is best... and i would like about 2.5-3^3ft per sub!! options open just wanting to see if there are any good designs that are kinda simple and still work really well!!!

P.S: Max Deminsions

17" tall and 55" wide but depth can be as far back as wheel well on a chevy reg cab prolly about 30-35"!!

unless the front of the subs are going to be firing in the cabin as well somehow i don't suggest doing a ported box

well what is a 4th order i mean i know it bandpass or something isnt it but what would that look like and would it louder than i ported enclosure? can i see an example of one!?

And yes the subs would fire into the cabin but hey like i said options are open still so if 4th order is the way to go then i may just do that!

yeah but you havent showed me anything and i plan on doing this build next week. and i will pay 5-10 whatever as long as long as its worth it!

a fourth order is the front of the woofer is loaded into a sealed chamber and the back is loaded into a ported chamber.

So you would build a sealed chamber for each sub then build one large common ported chamber, and the port would fire into your cabin somehow.

kindof looks like you went over the 17" max there twistid, and it seems a little too complex but as long as it still works really well then it should be fine
