5-channel amp question

can i run the 4 channels at 4ohm and run the sub channel at 2ohm for the extra power or do i have to keep the sub at 4ohm to match the the other channels?

You dont need to run all the channels at the same load, but consult the amp manual for how low you can go on the sub channel.

it a Alpine MRV-F450 5 Channel, the sub channel is rated at 2ohm. i just want to be able to be open to more sub options.

just looked up the specs, sub channel isn't rated for 2ohm....oh well.
