my 4th order wall was .3 db louder then my 6th order but im sure it was due to size limitations and the 6th went in to the 24hz region,how ever i liked them both alot.,,con, harder to get right then a standard ported. pro can get pretty loud with mnimal equipment.

I dont see how it can be louder when half the sub is sealed off? does the sealed chamber store energy and release it through the cone twice as hard?

i hope ur joking when u post that...lol...it made me laugh alittle...i might use that in my sig not sure yet....but in all honesty it doesnt work that way....the bigger the ported chamber the more efficient the setup...

to answer the thread starter question....

pro ......loud as hell (depending on how big u make ur ported chamber)

con..need a huge box
