4ch amp powering comonents & sub?

I have an Alpine Type S sub dvc 2ohm+2ohm sub

And

CDT CL-61a components

And a Profile AP1040 4ch amp http://www.profileusa.com/products_amps_ap.cfm

Can I use this amp to run the 2 components and the sub?

yes. bridge the rear channels and wire the woofer in series to a 4ohm load. the front two channels will power the comps.

I currently runing my whole system off 1, 4 channel RF851x amp. Have my 2 15's run in a series off the back, and some CDT comps on the front. Sounds EXCELLENT with the auto eq from a 880prs.

Sorry for the newb question, but how would the RMS be split up between channels if I did bridge the 2 channels for the amp and use the other 2 for the comps??
