Amp for Component Sets

I'm looking for an amp or amps for my Germaniums. I order 2 sets of Germaniums, 1 set for front and 1 set for rear doors. I'm looking at getting 2 - 2ch or 1 - 4ch amp. Here are a few i'm looking at: JL Audio 300/2, Alpine MRV-F545 or Pioneer Premier PRS-D2000T. I would like around 150w per ch, but I'm not sure how much power I should put to the Germaniums. I'd also like to stay around a total cost of $500-$600 (these 3 amps I can get through a friend at a local shop). Any recommendations on other amps or suggestions?

I just got the F545...its bad ***...rated at 125x4@4 ohms I believe...250x4@2 ohms.....my birth sheet reads 165x4@4!!!..thats like 30% morepower for free..but I dont know ifyou need that much power

I have a Kicker SX700.4 on mine. Absolutely love it. The amp is turned all the way down and the mids and highs will run you outta there!

u could easily run 200rms per side per comp on those germs

memphis 16 pr300.2 150 x2 @ 4 and 250 x2 @ 2 - $280 - at woofersetc.com

diamond audio d3 400.4 not good for four channels, but excellent bridged 200 x 2 @ 4 ohms - $270 at woofersetc.com

jl audio e4300 - 150 x 2 @ 4 ohms bridged - $260 at woofersetc.com
