47th thread for which box for a cvx

my buddy just got a cvx 12, got a zx750.1 powering it...

i believe spec says about 1.75 to 2.25 net tuned to ~40hz...

we're just wondering if its like the type r where specs from teh manufacturer are understateing what it should be in that would give it optimal bass...

i was thinking 2.5 or even as extreme as 2.8 cubes tuned to 38hz or so...since we're not even giving 1K of power which everyone says it should take with no sweat...

so basically, what is everyone hearing as far as what to give the beast the most opportunity to boom...

this is just me, but i would do what the manufacturer recommends
