What's needed for 4500 watts ? Thinking 2 xs d3400s and two runs of 1/0 ofc and a 270 amp ho alt. This sound good enough?

Double your battery bank. You should be safe from there depending on the efficiency of the amp you are using.

why would he need 4 runs of 1/0???? the batt bank is in the rear and the alt "ideally" puts out 270amps...

i think he means 2 pos runs and 2 neg runs ...but all that plus 4 batts and 270 ho alt seems lil excessive....but then again im running 3500 watts on 2 batts stock alt and 1 run lol til my new alt comes in

Yeah I'm just figuring out what all I need. Not putting anything in til this spring. Gunna buy it all this winter. What exact electrical would you suggest? How many runs of 1/0 ofc from knu. And biggest alt I can get is 270 amp from excessive amperage. What batts and how many?

that should be fine, but if you have room get 4 Deka's for the same price...
