I don't run fuses. Lmao. I will run some woth the 2/0 cable. I also have a 90º elbow in my 6" port. And the port is just over 15". The box is built good. I have my port going out the back side with the 90 facing the front.. I dip to 12.3 on certain bass notes. I got to install my alt yomorrow.

elbow might be causing turbulance or choking airflow from the box

thats hard to say can u do 2 8" without a elbow? and get correct tuning

I could use a cfm meter and measure the cfm of the elbow compared to straight? And possibly. How long do the 8" got to be? Two per chamber or one?

4cuft tuned to 31hz 6" aero port. I can't even get a hair trick. And a shirt trick is hard but will still work. I'm only running 4 gauge back to both amps. Maybe a lot of resistance? I'm gonna fix my grounds then run 2/0 back. Maybe I need some deadener? My ports are facing foward. Should I flare one side? They're external ports by the way.

i would try 1 per..u need to use round port length calculator to figure out how long for wat tune u want

What you mean? Two runs of 2/0?

do your regular run of 2/0 or what ever size wire front to back. Also its good to run a "dedicated" ground run of 2/0 from front batts to back batts
