400 rms at 4 ohms

Im looking for something that does around 400 rms at 4 ohms to power 1 12" 4ohm svc kicker cvt.

Im looking for this for my friend and he doesn't have a lot of money. I don't really no what the budget would be but im looking for the cheapest decent amp for that application.

so far ive looked at the kicker zx450.2 and the Audioque amp that is not out yet. Also the Hifonics TXI 4008 amplifier. which seems to be the cheapest option. Just wondering if someone has some other suggestions.
