what are the ohms of the voice coils on the mtx's? dvc or svc?

yeah, the 6k's are single 4 ohm coils, just having both the positives and both the negatives together is giving your amp a 2 ohm load, couldn't be easier

no you cant, that amp is not stable 2 ohms mono, only 2 ohms stereo and 4 ohms mono, 4 of the mtx would give you the perfect load for either.
