4" Component speaker recommendations

I'm pretty noob with car audio. i just want something that sounds better than stock. The max I'm willing to spend is $150. Help a noob out audio pros.

I just picked up an eclipse cd5100 if that helps haha.

toss the 4" range mids get some 3 way 6 1/4 ,couple dome tweeters throughout, then you can have some peak treble lol get some subs as well if your guna do sumtin dooo it.

i got a 95 avalon and idont want to cut up my door. i've been looking at the dls psa and the cdt cl 41/22. what do you guys think? is it expensive to get the components installed at a store? i can put the head unit in but i never tooken apart my door before.
