I think with a bigger setup with a wall or larger enclosure in general a slot port would work out better, but it looks like OP is tight on space so aeros arent off base by any means.

Actually, the market is slowing down for me, so I downgraded to 50's for toilet paper use. I did however upgrade my kitchen sink to a solid neo magnet bowl, and I still blow my nose with 100's.

i want to stay no wall and could do 25 cubes with no problem but i was told by jacob fuller that 4 cubes per 18 will work good 19.5 cubes before displacement and 16 after i like building boxes so if it dont work will rebuild

and by the way sub2weeker i not broke and can afford to build a new box if it fails and being that this is a hobby it fun to do builds but i forgot how we have to be all serious on everything and about me doing a only a 148 im doing 152.8 at 37 with one saz3500 i will get videos up on my termlab for ya buddy with my crappy 9.5 cube box after displacement with 2 6 inch aeros tuned way to low to 27 go watch the videos in the other thread minus the bullshit the song im playing when the sunroof is caving in is 30 htz chopped an super screwed

man im just trying help! i said that a slot port in this case is gonna be a better choice, make all the walls double and tripple baffle. these are 18s your building for. why would you sacrifice the thickness of the enslosure. and further more why did you start a thread that says "any thoughts"?

so my sundown nightshade 18s and saz4500s should be here some time next week and im getting ready to start my box im thinking burch with double baffle and double port wall the rest single layer with 8 peaces dowl rod 4 top to bottom 2 side to side 2 front to back and 4x4 cut in half to round out the corners so six rounded corners all sides and the back then about a gallon or so resin 4 6 inch aeros tuned to 27 htz to start 19.5 cubes to start about 16 after displacement car freq is 37 htz any thoughts i will have pics of old build up soon

thats not 4awg, i said 4/0 thats four times bigger than 0 guage. and i dont use fuses from my batteries to my amps. the amps are louder and get the current they need to perform at their best. i just happen to drive it everyday as well and play music full tilt because i like it.

edit: I use 4awg for my remote wire!
