4 L7 15s in a 02 Impala. 2 facing trunk to firing towards the inside of the car.

I feel insulted. A guy approached me tonight at the bowling alley saying he could shut me off hands down with me having the setup in my sig and him having 4 15 L7's. 4 of them will kill me I kno, but the way he described the box, i would eat him alive. He wanted me to put up my amp and subs for his subs and amp. I heard him twice and it sound as if he had 1 Kicker comp 10 back there. But i looked at it like he dosent play it hard but at the same time i think he's bluffin. The reason i made this thread is to get a few opinions on the enclosure he had. he never said if it was ported or sealed, but he said that the 2 were firing toward the trunk and 2 facing into the car. Wouldnt the sound of the 2 firing to the trunk lid cancel out as far as sound? If he wouldve said facing the walls in the trunk okay, bcause ive heard that type of inclosure but the way he said that, i couldnt see it. he also said he had a factory radio and claimed to have big long kicker amp( either the kx800.2 or the kx2500.1). I didnt think about this until i got home, then he went to bragging on friends setups but not his. Will somebody straighten this out for me plz??? Do anyone think i can take him, or do u guys think he's goin to stomp a mudhole in me???

Kicker did have a bigass amp at one time, my friend had one and it took up his whole backside of his seat.

The question is which long Kicker amp we talking about? Kx2500? ZR 1000? ZR 600?

Hell, my ZR360 was only "rated" at 90watts a channel, but was as bigger than my Orion 1200d

either the kx2500.1 or kx800.2 . this guy is a bluff, ion think he has any of them.

i say u can take him simply cuz he has 4 15''s i have seen many of guys beat my *** with 8's and i have 2 12's, don't know if it will cancel out but if your enclosure is ported n his is sealed then yea, it sounds stupid to me anyway cause i have seen the trunk of impala's and i know that he cant put a decent ported enclosure in that trunk. also i have heard guy's with one 10 and 1000 watts do a 150 easy so its all in how your box is built and if your tuned to your car's likeness i say take a trip to kentucky and put it on the term or take a trip to tupelo and let me put it on the termlab its up to you

Kentucky is 7hrs. away from me. I just wait til the summer for the crank it up and take him up on the offer. I sold my subs amp and box. i have some more in route tho. '08 L7's and a
