4 Channel or 5 Channel w/ X-over needs.

Like the title says, looking for 4/5 channel amplifier(s).

70+rms per channel @ 4 ohm would be ideal. If a 5 channel, a pretty stout sub channel would be nice.

Need something that has nice crossover controls. Active capable would be a major plus.

A 300/4(v2) for a decent price would be very tempting.

I have a JL 300/2v2 and a MTX 4202 up for trade. If a 5 channel, I would have an AQ1200d for trade, as well. Also a couple subs possibly for trade...

US AMPS AX5600 for 275 shipped? Amp was made before RE Audio took over. 75x4 at 4 ohms, and 500x1 at 1 ohm. Very underrated also.
