4 channel amp

/\ wow thats a lot... it would work?

what if i already have an amp hooked up to my car... would it be a huge trouble to hook up this other amp. would it be worth it?

well i was going to fiber glass the floor in front of the center rear seat and put an 8 inch sub in it. now that i know about the power i can get with a DVC 4-ohm sub im probably going to go for an 8 inch L7 or another sub with that type of credibility.

you also have to match the gains EXACTLY, or itlle sound funky
As long as the two channel pairs are getting the same signal (mono) you don't have to be too precise. The power from each set will sum magnetically in the motor of the sub. Might not get the absolute max out of the sub without setting the gains right on the amp but it won't affect the sound. Gain matching is critical if you are running multiple subs off different amps in a common chamber enclosure or are engaging in SPL comps.
