4 channel amp problems

Could possibly be a fader issue, have it all faded to one section of the car.. If not then it's more than likely a bad amp. Amazon is very good on their "Buyer Satisfaction Guaranteed" program. They'll forcefully claw the money back from the seller if the seller doesn't directly assist you in an exchange/refund.

 
Check your RCA connections tomorrow behind the deck,when you have some light out to see.Go through your Settings on the HU make sure you have the settings right on that.If that doesnt work, last thing would be a Falty amp in my opinion..Send it back for warranty issues

 
ok this morning i did all of my rca's and put them to "pre-out front" and ran them to my amp, but for some reason only ch 1, 2, and 3 work. i dont know whats wrong with ch4 i even tried switching the wires from ch 3 into ch4 and still nothing happened
