4-channel amp powering 7 speakers?

My chrysler LHS has a 7 speaker stock system. It has three 3.25" inch in the dash, two 5.25" inch in the front door panels, and last 6x9" inch speakers in the rear dash. Now I just bought a new Crunch PowerZone P1400.4 it has 4-channels, 4x175 W @ 4ohms, or 4x350W @ 2 Ohms. I got some new high-end speakers. Infinity Reference 3032cf, Pioneer TS-A1372R, Kenwood KFC-6972IE. My question is basically how is this amp going to power up all 7 speakers if its only 4-channels? No where in the manual does it show more than a 4-speaker setup. However the sales rep at frys assured me that it can power all seven speakers. I'm just wondering if he was right. And if he was can you please explain how to do so, maybe a diagram? Also my deck Sony CDXGT240 has a 4-channel output of only max 52watts, don't know if this helps but yeah. Is this amp able to sufficiently power these speakers if it even can power all of them? Thanks a lot for the help. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Ohhhh, okay. Thanks for the help. But will the deck be able to power the 3.25"s it says that they require like 75 watts and the deck can only put out 52 watts. Is it okay to underpower them? thanks for all the help.

you will be able to power 6 of the 7, the 7th speaker is a center channel, if your amp will run in mix mode you can power the 7th, front 3.25 & 5.25 in front right on one channel, same on left front, rear speakers on there own channel, to wire mixed mono (you can try it) wire same, but for the center channel wire the bridged wiring of front channels to the center speaker (i would put a bass blocker on this speaker or a L-pad to control volume on center speaker)

You need to get another 4ch. I have that same setup. I went active and by passed the amp. You need to run the 6x9's off the head unit. Run the door speakers and sail speakers off the amp. You need a 2 or 2.5 inch speaker for the sails.
