See this is where I start running into some indecision. I know Output RMS isn't the end of the story.
For instance looking at Damping Factors
ARC FD 4150 >1600
JL Audio 450/4v2 >200
Is it fair to say that the high damping factor of the ARC FD 4150 makes up for the 70W difference between the amps?
S/N ratios between the JL and the ARC are pretty much the same.
THD is
Does anyone know a good way of how to take into consideration lower power but higher damping factor?
