(4) Audiobahn AW1251T subs?

Okay I know everyone in the car audio scene hate Audiobahn and they are great shinny paper weights!

SO AUDIOBAHN HATERS DONT POST DONT NEED TO HEAR IT

I have used these exact subs b4 and pounded the crap outta them and for the 2 I had hooded to a shitty Sony amp they were loud for sure....

I dont buy shitty EQ either mostly what I can Afford but i have owned a US AMPS VLX-400 which some can only dream of owning and a PPI PC2150 amp as welll as my just recently stolen (2) Kicker L7 12s and a PA A3000DB..

Now im am gonna get a new system in about 2 months or soo but im shopping around at the moment and I seen on sounddomain these subs and I get 20 off each for some reason so the total is 320US shipped to CANADA now that looks great to me free shipping since it is to canada and there is like no car audio places to buy good equip without paying huge $$$.I will get nailed after border crossing tho.

ANYWAYS....So if i buy 4 dual 4ohms(thats all they come in) then I will need to run all 4 at 2 ohms

Or buy to amps and run 1 ohm or 4 ohm to each amp for two subs...

What kinda amp would you recomend for these subs....I was thinking another PA A3000DB since it is class D and it killer my L7s at half gain!

I was thinkin that I wont need the total 1600rms that they should take prob only need around 1000 or so but at 2 ohms the 3000db will do 1800rms!

Well I am not a hugh audiobahn fan but still gonna respond. I will say they can get loud and off the PA300, you will be slamming, I am sure of it. I just dont like the way the sound doing it. I had the 15" flame series subs that were a 1000rms off a mmats amp and I did pretty good on the mic. I just would never turn it up unless I was at a competition. I say do the r's like you were saying in your other post. Peace!

Get an opti2000d(almost the same pa3000bd) and run it a .5ohm... that should ve very loud and you'll be getting around 400rms-450rms to each sub.

going to be loud. probably not going to sound good, especially if you're playing anything besides rap.
