4 AA poly mids off of HU power?

also, what else do i need besides the mids and the amp, of course wire but anything else?
the ability to set active crossovers and tune the speakers to make them sound best in YOUR car.

(that pioneer p7800 that you are getting has built in time alignment/eq/ and

crossover)

besides that you're good to go

I've used a couple of the Profile AP amps and have had good luck with them. Don't get hot, no noise, and seem to put out decent power.

The poly mids don't require much power. I'm running mine active with a Helix Dark Blue 4 channel rated at 60wpc and gain is up about 1/2 way for the mids, less than a 1/4 for the LPG tweets.

Chad recommends you bandpass the mids 80-2500Hz if using the LPG tweeter AA sells. I recently dropped the HP to 60Hz and these things put out even more midbass punch. Of course I have 2 in each door //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Sounds like you're on the right path...
